CAN I REFUND A GARMENT?
Our policy at THE IASO does Not allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
Our policy at THE IASO allows our customers to ask for alterations in a garment Incase of any fit issue. We do not allow exchanges since each garment is specifically made to order.
For the process Kindly Follow the steps-
- Send us an email within 5 business days of receiving the package on info@theiaso.com If the number of days exceeds then the item will not be accepted.
- The team will revert with an email confirming the alterations along with details.
- Pack the garment in its original packaging with all the original tags, along with the completed invoice. Send the package to the address stated in the return email. Please note that we will not accept alterations for items marked as SALE.
WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been communicated within 5 days of delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us info@theiaso.com. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.
